My local Borders was my go-to point for the newer Osprey releases and it's too bad to think that I'd now have to drive an hour to other bookstores like B&N (which always seems to have much less selection in Osprey titles than Borders had).

For anyone living in the Northwestern Ohio/Southeastern Michigan area I know two great stores selling Osprey books:

Smoke and Fire Company in Waterville Ohio (southwest of Toledo in the historic Maumee River Valley) primarily sells clothing and items for historical reenactment and living history enthusiasts but they always have a decent stock of Osprey material on their spinner. http://www.smoke-fire.com

The musuem and visitors' center at Fort Meigs in Perrysburg Ohio has a spinner chock-full of Osprey titles (mostly 18th Century and Napoleonic era titles) and the location, a restored War of 1812 fort, makes it a great place for any military history enthusiast to visit. http://www.fortmeigs.org/

Borders in Australia has also folded. Although there are other bookstores, I heartily recommend Boffins Bookshop in Perth (www.boffinsbookshop.com.au), an independent store staffed by passionate, knowledgeable book-lovers. They always have a terrific selection of Osprey titles and are more than happy to order anything they don't have in stock.

I live in Williamsburg, VA, so the closest Borders for me was in Virginia Beach, or Richmond (sometimes easier, no tunnel traffic). They always had a decent stack of Ospreys. William & Mary's bookstore has quite a few, however, and they're always on their toes when it comes to new releases. Of course, there's the annual Military History Weekend in October, now in its third year. Be there or be square!
Murphac, I've really gotten into the War of 1812 in recent years, and I stopped at Ft. Miegs back in '09. Great living history site, and an excellent bookstore in the Visitor's Center.

Perth, Western Australia.

The best wargames and military book store in Perth is Tactics, in London Court in the centre of town. Very comprehensive stock of all the Osprey range plus wargames from such companies as GMT, MMP and Decision Games. Highly recommended.

The first Borders was in my home town -- Ann Arbor, Michigan. I still use several of the books that I purchased at that Borders as source material in my books (a good history book never goes stale). That said, Borders big mistake was ignoring e-commerce until it was far too late. Like the French Army in World War II they got stuck on the lessons of the last war.

Ah well, another piece of my childhood gone.

The best place in New York City for Osprey books is the Compleat Strategist at 11 E. 33rd St (33rd Between 5th and Madison Avenues by the Empire State Building.) They have one of the largest collections I've ever seen and always have all the latest titles. The Barnes & Noble at 555 Fifth Ave (on the southeast corner of 46th St and Fifth Ave) has a decent collection as well and also usually carries most (if not all) of the latest titles.
