Finally a title dedicated to the 47 Ronin!
Hope to see in the future a title on the ambush at Poteau of December 18, 1944.

Many thanks for your post Phil! Looking forward to operation Archery and Pearl Harbor. A bit surprised with the latest because there is already a Campaign titledealing with this subject. Will Raid 26 cover newer aspects of the Japanese attack? Please Phil, for 2012, a title on the german raid at Granville-1945 and another (Campaign or Raid) on Convoy PQ17-1942 and everything will be perfect. I also support SergioDV' sugggestion on the ambush at poteau. Keep on the good work!

I'm happy to see titles of modern operations as RAID 24: The Last Boarding Party and RAID 19: Storming Flight 181. In the near future I hope to see even a title about the BBE's famous exploit on June 11, 1977 when they simultaneous assaulted a school-house and train seized by South Moluccan terrorists and a title about the Delta Force's Opreration Acid Gambit.

May I also suggest the GIGN's Air France Flight 8969 hostage rescue mission in 1994 as well as Operation Azalee in the Comoros in 1995.

That's an excellent list of titles, especially the ones on Decatur's & Rrake's raids but why is there a Pearl Harbor title? The Campaign book should suffice.

Hi, guys, thanks for the ideas! The response to the RAID series, both from our existing authors and from new writers, has been phenomenal! I've got literally scores of proposals on file – not bad when you consider we're publishing 10 RAIDs a year!
I'll add these suggestions to my masterplan, but, as ever, it does depend on finding authors who are both willing and able to write them.
Addressing Pearl Harbor, while the CAM title is a brilliant resource, and covers the operation in great detail, the forthcoming RAID is going to take a different tack – the focus will very much be on the Japanese side, looking at their operational planning, preparation and so forth, making it a considerably different study to the CAM book. The author has all kinds of different and new material to include, and the maps, battlescenes etc. will augment, rather than replicate those from the CAM. Essentially, the RAID will be a very different approach which will complement the CAM title.

Raid 12 was my first title of the series and i was quite pleased by the day to day approach. will be getting Raid 20 (great idea and pretty bold to pick such a hardly known topic!) and Raid 25.

These two titles sound impressive!
RAID 19: Storming Flight 181 – GSG-9 and the Mogadishu Hijack 1977 (April 2011)
RAID 24: The Last Boarding Party – The USMC and the SS Mayaguez 1975 (September 2011)

May I suggest the Norwegian heavy water sabotage at Rjukan, WWII

I've been reading Flashman lately, and right now he's in Borneo with James Brooke, going upriver to get his beautiful yet empty-headed Elspeth back from the clutches of some very bad pirates. I think that Brooke's exploits would make for a great Raid title. Exotic location, a very diverse cast of characters, and the White Raja prevailing against very long odds.

I'm impressed with some of the titles listed above. However i'm dismayed at a book for the Raid series on pearl Harbor when there's already a book in the Campaign series already covering thi battle.I'd also like to see Raid cover several other operations such as Operation Jericho the attack on Amiens Prison in Febuary of 1944 (4 mnths before D-Day),the 1970 attempted recue of American POWS from Son Tay Prison, and the 1981 strike by the Israeli Air Force on the Osiraq reactor that crippled Saddam Hussein's nuclear program.
