I think multi-great grandmother Keziah might have been called a 'teetotaler' or something like that. I don't think people who 'took the pledge' or worked for 'Temperance' were called prohibitionists until it became a rallying cry for a Constitutional amendment in the 20th century. At any rate, the creek on the property where she set up the still is still called "Stillhouse Creek."
