Why can't we please have a reply to the questions on postage prices?. While always welcoming any bargains I just can't see the attraction of this and it would have been far better if a weeks worth at a time. I may have got yesterdays and maybe todays but not without answers that have been requested by several people. John

Hi JJ, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You are not able to order these books separately and then combine them for postage purposes. This is the largest discount that we have ever run on the Osprey site and the shipping cost of one book is only £1.50 ($3.50 in the US) - and of course if you pick up another two books you can also get free shipping. Or if you are really after a bargain you could pick up two books from our Discount Store at the same time.
And don't forget that we are going to be running discounts of various kinds throughout 2009. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply Mike, at least thats clear now. Maybe you could add one to the basket at 23.59 and the next at 00.01!

Thanks for the answer. Though it is not the answer I wanted to read. So that means that this February discount offer is not that good for people from countries facing high shipping costs (those you consider to be the "rest of the world").

I understand your frustration Teg - but you must remember that we have not increased our postage costs for Rest of World customers in 6 years - despite the costs for postage to the rest of world increasing dramatically. Rest of World customers also have their postage subsidized by Osprey, to keep the prices as low as possible.

Actually I am not frustrated. I am very happy that you are conduction such events, but also mentioning that participating in that one would have no benefit for those not living in the U.K., the USA or Canada. And as you merge all the "Rest" as being subsidized (you brought up that issue) - I cannot believe that this is true for postage within the EU.
