Hi Colin, Force on Force is a series of wargaming rules which we are releasing together with the fabulous team over at Ambush Alley. We will be releasing some more information on this very exciting project over the next couple of months.
The catalogue is a pdf file, about 3MB so it might take a while to download - but I have just checked the link and it all seems fine as far as I can see - try again and drop an email to marketing@ospreypublishing.com if you are still struggling.

I had a dialog warning that the pdf couln't be opened as I required acrobat/reader 8 or 9. Seeing as I have both of those I have no idea why that warning came up (my anti-virus software?). I got around that by right clicking the catalogue link and choosing 'save target as', downloading the file and opening it once on my system. I hope that helps any (PC) users out there having a similar problem.
