Hi, Mike.

In future, before canvassing suggestions, could Osprey indicate those already in the pipeline (with usual caveats about 'no guarantees' etc.) so that we don't 'waste' suggestions on ideas that are happening anyway.
For example, a lot of contributors suggested Singapore who would no doubt have suggested something else if they knew that Singapore was a 'done deal' (or nearly).

Unfortunately it is pretty near impossible to reveal everything that is 'in the pipeline' - because the list would probably go on for dozens of pages and run to thousands of possibilities! We have already revealed our 2012 publications on the blog, so I will link through to those posts for people to see what is already on the horizon. Either way, the responses are still hugely helpful to us - now that we know how many of you are waiting for a Singapore title we will know to increase the initial print runs etc.

what about Caporetto 1917, also in the pipeline?

I suppose this means that Sicily 1943 is also coming soon in a year or so or at least being considered.

Of those that made the list, Dien Bien Phu. Even a rehash of the stuff already available in the Anglo world would be cool.

Kokoda Trail, no question.

One of the most important campaigns of the war, and one of the least known.

Really pleased to see that St.Lo made the final list. If the team were looking for 'gaps' then this has been a glaring omission for years. However I'd still be equally delighted to see the Kokoda Trail as I've been suggesting that Osprey need to start covering the New Guinea campaign for sometime.

However the best news is Mike's hints that many of the great titles suggested in December are in the pipeline or under serious consideration. So hopefully that will pick up Torch, Sicily and Salerno in the next few years.

It was quite hard for me to choose between Dien Bien Phu and St. Lô but finally I have chosen the second one . WWII is closer to my interest :)
