There is very little publication, and even less art works, given a detailed view on technics, dresses and weapons used by men at war in the India of the Ancient World. Who was, how fought and how was equipped the army that Alexander the Great met on this way in India ? It should be interresting that Osprey publish as such title.

I feel this would be a good title for Osprey to cover. The Indian and the Central Asian armies that Alexander faced have not been covered too much by Osprey.

You're very right - this topic has been done only in passing, covered in books that focus on other armies and campaigns. I will pass on your wish for more focus on armies of ancient India to my colleagues.
