Great delivery time - poor condition book

I just received a five-book order through the post within 24 hours - brilliant!

One of the titles is in a pretty poor condition though, looking as though it has spent the last month on a carousel display in a book shop. I sent an email to the customer service address about getting a replacent but the auto-response stated that queries on orders already placed could not be processed by that address. When I go to My Osprey I can find info on how to return a title and get a refund but not on how to get a replacement (including, of course, returning the original).

What do I do, please?
