Repeat from July - Updates to new orders

There needs to be some serious updates to the "previous orders" section when you view your account. The status of an order never changes from "Being processed" and the shipping date never updates. Basically, this is a useless feature unless you want to know when you ordered which books or how much money you spent.
The preceding paragraph is what I posted in July, and yet the issue still persists. Orders for the last several years still say "Being processed". Mike @ Osprey said that shouldn't be the case and was checking into it, but no response since. What gives, oh favorite publisher?
