I have recently re-read Douglas Reeman's HMS Saracen which has revived an interest in these ships and having looked around there seems to be very little on these ships available so it would be a good opportunity for Osprey.

Big Gun Monitors: Design, Construction and Operations, 1914-1945 by Ian Buxton is still the definitive work on British Monitors. A revised second printing came out in 2008 and can be found on Amazon for a relatively in expensive price. At 256 pages it's chock full of HMS monitor goodness.
