FOG Colonials?

FOG looks great, and I really enjoyed playing it at my local club. ancients and medieval isn't my cup o'tea, mind, so I was wondering if there were any plans to develop the line into different periods, maybe (hint, hint) a colonial variant?

It would be nice to have some FOG rules to use those Baccus 6mm Zulu War figs.

No plans for a colonial but you have not heard the last of FoG in other periods. If you are into Colonial check out the new figures from Wargames Factory.
