Gibraltar and its Plans to attack Spain before Operation Felix

gibrocks

My brother and I are very keen in Gibraltar's military history especially the WW2 period .Due to the freedom of information act we stumbled upon some records ,documents plans and letters for the plans to attack Spain at key locations to stop the Germans coming to invade Gibraltar .Operation Felix was the plan to invade Gibraltar but little has been known about this plan to counteract .British commando operations ,naval operations ,and air operations where to take place with the support of several Spanish Generals which where not very happy with Francos meeting with Hitler at Hendaya at the time .Obviously Operation Felix never happened but Churchill had bigger plans apparently.
