British Warrior books
Darren
We had British soldier in the Far East ages ago. If you include Chindit thats 2 goes! When are we going to see other titles like British Soldier BEF, British Soldier Western Desert, British Soldier Italian theatre?
Some on the Australians in the Desert and/or jungle would be good same for the Rhodesians, South Africans, East and West Africans or Canadians

I have always thought that a book on the British or Commonwealth Tank Crewman in the Western Desert would be a useful and interesting title - given the range of equipment (from A13s to Honeys to Grants to Valentines to Shermans & Churchills) they had to contend with and the problems of the desert itself.

Guys,
Don't get me started:
on top of different British/Empire infantryman and tank crew ...RAF bomber crew, RAF fighter pilot, paratrooper, RN seaman, RN submariner, RN naval aviator...same goes for Soviets? Italians? Free French?
Germany and US are best covered although US fighter pilot and US seaman still missing. Enough stuff to keep Osprey going for 10 years.

In total agreement here. I was really looking forward to some more British-centric Battle Orders books (BEF in 1940, and 44-45) to go with the excellent Far East and reasonable Desert Rats titles until that series got canned.

Warrior series is still going as there are titles coming out through 2010 and one title mentioned on here by Phil (i think) that is still not showing up on Amazon yet, RNAS pilot. It was the Battle Orders series that has gone to great remainder table in the sky.
