Here is a description:
007733-MS C-065H Greiner Series-Operation Felix 27 Pages1945 THIS DOCUMENT IS FURNISHED ON CDROM FORMAT This document was written by Ministerialrat a.D. Helmuth Greiner who was the keeper of the War Diary in Hitler's Headquarters, August 1939 to April 1943. This work is part of a series. Operation Felix was a planned attack on the Rock of Gibraltar, and this report covers the planning in Hitler's HQ. The Foreign Military Studies Program actually began shortly after V-E Day, when Allied interrogators first questioned certain prominent German prisoners of war. Results were so encouraging that the program was expanded; written questions replaced oral interrogation, and later certain highly-placed German officers were asked to prepare a series of monographs. This is one of those projects. THIS DOCUMENT IS FURNISHED ON CDROM FORMAT.

As to Herkules the discussion taking place here: http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=55655 has links to an intresting posting in google groups giving some details in English on the Axis Order of Battle. There is a book in Italian available on C3 if you speak the language. I did notice that the Imperial War Museum Duxford is doing a wargame day: Dr Paddy Griffith: Operation Herkules (Invasion of Malta) Saturday 16 October 2010 10am start Could be interesting if you;re in the area.
