Delivery methods and costs
All of our orders are now fulfilled by Hachette UK Distribution.
UK
Orders to UK address will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD courier, depending on the size of the order. UK orders will be delivered within 2-6 days from the time of dispatch, and tracking for your order will be shared by the carrier partner.
Delivery is £2.95 for UK orders and we offer free UK delivery on orders over £30.
International Delivery
International Delivery is £15 and the carrier partner is determined by the weight of your parcel.
Tracking will be available for all International Orders.
Small Orders (under 1.6 kgs) - Your order will be shipped via traceable airmail and our distributors' estimate delivery may take between 2-6 weeks, depending on your location.
Large Orders (over 1.6 kgs) - Your order will be shipped by DPD, UPS or DSV and your order should be delivered within 10 days after dispatch.
European Union Customers
We are unfortunately currently unable to deliver to countries within the European Union due to a logistical issue. We are actively working to resolve this issue and hope to resume deliveries to the European Union as soon as possible.
