What do I do if my game has arrived with missing or damaged components?

If your game arrived damaged, has missing cards or other manufacturer errors please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can to arrange free replacements! In your email, let us know what game you purchased, what needs replacing and include your shipping address and photos to support your claim where components are damaged.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer replacements for accidental damage.
