Dear Customer,

As you may be aware, when we moved to our new website in November we were unable to move customer e-Libraries with us, and you lost access to your previously-purchased ebooks. We’re very sorry for the delay in resolving this issue but we are delighted to confirm that ebooks purchased up to the end of August 2022 on the old Osprey website have now been reinstated on the new site. You can find your eLibrary by visiting ‘My account’ and selecting ‘My ebooks’. You can sort your ebooks by purchase date, author and book title.

We will be providing an update within the next month for purchases made between September and November and they will be automatically added to your account.

If you have not yet logged into our new website you will need to reset your password to access your account and ebooks. To do so please follow the 4 steps below.

1. Select ‘Sign in’ from the top navigation on

2. Click ‘Sign in’ and then follow the ‘Forgotten password?’ link

3. Enter your account email address and click ‘Continue’

4. Check your email inbox for the reset password email and follow the instructions
