Biography
Kotori Neiko is a freelance illustrator living in Osaka Japan. She loves wild birds, printings, and board games.
In July of 2012 she won the ARCPHILIA Prize at the SAKURA Exhibition 2012 (Tokyo, U.K., Los Angeles, New York).
