A flurry of emails have been flying round the office over the last couple of hours, all saying more or less the same thing, something along the lines of "You have to see this video taken in Georgia"

As the battle against Georgian separatists intensifies, large quantities of military hardware is being mobilized. And there is video footage to prove it - first up this is a video of some devastating night attacks.

Then there is a video of two Georgian aircraft attacking an enemy position.

And finally a rather daunting video showing a convoy of Russian tanks heading towards the fighting - all rigged up with additional armour - a sight that is sure to do nothing to pacify the situation, especially as the Georgian government has repeatedly accused the Russians of arming the rebels.
