Interested in wargaming, history, medieval knights? Be sure not to miss the first annual Military History Weekend, co-sponsored by Osprey.  The Battle Barn Wargaming Group of Williamsburg has confirmed that they will be running a variety of games on both Saturday and Sunday (Oct 17-18).  The group, formed in 1981, is the current form of one of the oldest wargames clubs in Southeast Virginia. They will be running games in the following themes: the Battle of Korma (WWII Burma), Normandy (WWII), Napoleonic, Medieval, and a World War I air battle.

The Medieval Fantasies Co has already confirmed their attendance. They will be staging a medieval weapons battle on both days. These will be live steel fights, with actual weapons.  Knights from Medieval Fantasies will also be walking the show floor - sure to be a great photo op. The company will have a table in the vendor area, offering a wide range of medieval items.
